Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase from Once Legos. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Once Legos is a New York City-based retailer specializing in a curated mix of new and pre-owned luxury goods, including apparel, accessories, footwear, and eyewear. Every pre-owned piece is hand-inspected and authenticated before being listed for sale.

Authenticity. Every pre-owned item we sell is hand-inspected and authenticated by Once Legos prior to listing. We stand behind the authenticity of the goods we sell.

Condition. Pre-owned items are sold in the condition shown in the product photographs and described on the product page. Minor variations in wear, patina, or finish are inherent to pre-owned luxury goods and are not considered defects. Products are sold "as shown."

No Brand Affiliation. Once Legos is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any of the brands whose products appear on our Site. All trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the items being sold under the first-sale doctrine.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees, which are added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed; in such cases, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unavailable stock, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

We ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping times, methods, and fees are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once an item ships, Once Legos is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delays caused by the carrier, customs, or third parties.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item or shipping price. Refused international shipments due to unpaid duties are subject to return shipping costs and may not be eligible for refund.

High-value shipments may require signature confirmation and/or insurance at our discretion.

Every piece sold by Once Legos is hand-inspected and authenticated before listing. Because of the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exceptions. We will only consider a return in the following two cases:

• Verified proof of inauthenticity. The item must be evaluated by a recognized third-party authenticator and accompanied by a written report stating the piece is not authentic.
• Item not as pictured. The item received materially differs from the photographs and description on the product page.

How to submit a claim. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery through our contact page. Include your order number, photos, and supporting documentation. The item must be returned unworn and in its original condition with all packaging.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and re-inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All content on the Site — including photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and the Once Legos name — is the property of Once Legos or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, scrape, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant Once Legos a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means
• Resell, rent, or commercially exploit our product photography, descriptions, or other content
• Submit fraudulent orders or use stolen payment information
• Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' use of it

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as expressly stated in Section 3 (Authenticity) and Section 7 (Returns), Once Legos disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Once Legos's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product purchased shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Once Legos be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Once Legos, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You and Once Legos each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration related to these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site with a new Effective Date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
