Returns Policy

All Sales Final

Every piece sold by Once Legos is hand-inspected and authenticated before listing. Because of the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exceptions

We will only consider a return in the following two cases:

• Verified proof of inauthenticity. The item must be evaluated by a recognized third-party authenticator and accompanied by a written report stating the piece is not authentic.
• Item not as pictured. The item received materially differs from the photographs and description on the product page.

How To Submit A Claim

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery through our contact page. Include your order number, photos, and supporting documentation. The item must be returned unworn and in its original condition with all packaging.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and re-inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
